If your heart is not fully consecrated to Him, you can come to Him now and lay everything down before Him. There is grace for this. There is grace for you today. There is no shame… no condemnation in His presence. Just full acceptance and celebration. The Father’s heart is celebrating with everyone who is willing to come back to Him and give Him every part of your lives. Holding nothing back from Him. These are the days of returning. God has so much to pour out upon His people and He is making us ready for Him. " -- Sunday, September 12th.
Since that Sunday morning, the Lord has taken us to Luke 13, 14 & 15 to confirm this word and His heart to find the ones who have lost their way and receive them once again in love and compassion.
It is time for those who are in the crowd, following at a distance, to become followers of Jesus (Luke 14:25-27). The day is coming when the door will be shut and those in the crowd will stand outside pleading to be let in. Yet, His response will be, "I don't know you or where you come from." (Luke 13:22-27)
It is the Father's heart today to go after the one sheep until it is found (Luke 15:3-7),
... to search for the one coin that is lost (Luke 15:8-10),
... to run after and embrace the Prodigal who wonders if they can return to the Father's House (Luke 15:11-24).
It is time for the older sibling, whose heart has grown hard, who has been distracted and wounded by the hardships of life, to surrender to the Father who is always there and always offering all He has to us (Luke 15:25-31).
These are the days of returning... God's compassion and grace is available to you right now... today!
2 Corinthians 6:1-2 & 16-18
As God’s co-workers we urge you not to receive God’s grace in vain. For he says,
“In the time of my favor I heard you, and in the day of salvation I helped you.”
I tell you, now is the time of God’s favor, now is the day of salvation.
As God has said:
“I will live with them and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they will be my people.”
Therefore, “Come out from them and be separate says the Lord. Touch no unclean thing, and I will receive you.”
And, “I will be a Father to you, and you will be my sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty.”
